Join us for a two-day cultural sewing workshop where participants will create a traditional Yup’ik nasqurrun (headdress). Alongside step-by-step instruction, this workshop centers connection, storytelling, and cultural revitalization through the practice of traditional sewing. All materials are provided. Open to individuals displaced by the Typhoon and currently living in Anchorage. Registration required. Attendees MUST be able to attend both sessions.
